This week we have been very blessed in our area the Villa! This past week the familia Morales came to church this week once again. We do splits with the members each Sunday and run around knocking on doors to invite everyone to church! This past week I recruited two families that have cars to pass by investigators and bring them to church! It was a great Opportunity and the members told us afterwards that they are willing to do the same each week in the future! We are really grateful or them.

 This week we had a cool experience with and investigator named Janette. She is a Woman that is from Nicaragua. We contacted her a little while ago and she told us that her son from from Nicaragua is a recently returned missionary. She Started to get to know the church In Nicaragua but when she came to Guatemala she lost contact. She is really open about the church but she was really nervous about accepting our visit because her current husband is a Member of a different congregation. The first few times we passed by to visit her she ended up canceling but one day we passed by while she was working shoveling dirt on her Patio. In stead of trying to share a lesson we just offered to help her in her project and she gladly accepted our help. We were able to know her much more through the service and she started to tell us about her family. Yesterday we stopped by again to visit her formally and this time she welcomed us and and is working towards attending church this coming Sunday with here daughter and young son. I have a testimony of service. It is real and is a means by which Heavenly Father has given us to share the Gospel.

Veronica, a member of the Morales family, is scheduled to her baptismal service tomorrow! we are really excited for her! She has progressed very quickly and has a desire to change! I will send you pictures this coming week!

We have changes (transfers) coming up and it is likely that this will be my last week in the Villa. We Are doing great and are striving to end this transfer strongly.

Elder Baldwin

It is spring break right now starting now and Erin is in Costa Rica right now. I spoke with Mr. McConnell last night on the bus before she got on and I looked him in the eye and said "you're responsible for erin for these 10 days, please keep her safe she had a blessing right before she left. So she is all set to go. Please  make sure she stays with you at all times, I laughed and said I trust you and he laughed and said she'll be fine.i am  so glad that he is her group leader and that he holds the priesthood.  Mr McConnell went on a South American mission did you know that?  I sent erin with 3 Spanish Books of Mormon so she can place them.

Jodi Rasmussen is here for only and Sunday. She finally made it down to see us. Last night she took me out to dinner to ribbon chop for my belated birthday  and today we are going to snow canyon on the hike i told you about. I will send them again just in case- some of the hike is like going into a slot canyon in Zion, really pretty.

Jackson is here with his fiancé Maddi and his friends on a lay over from San Diego. They are heading back up today.

I love you and will be researching the 2 schools Utah state and uvu, send you information next week.
